Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. Every order is specially prepared and goes through our custom manufacturing and inspection process.

Once your order is shipped, your order status will be updated to shipped and you will receive a tracking number.

Certain customer orders or items take 5-7 business days to process.

The majority of orders are shipped from Columbia, Missouri. Under certain circumstances, orders may be shipped from our alternate shipping facilities.

Customers outside of the USA are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and other fees to your local Customs.

These fees are not included in the price you pay on our website. If necessary, we recommend you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for specific information.

It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly during checkout. Due to the fact that we work to process your order as quickly as possible, there is a very limited amount of time to make changes to your order.

If you want to change your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our very best to make the change, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to do so. If your change request is not processed, you can return your order after it is delivered.

In the event a customer’s tracking information says delivery was made, we don’t offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been received. In this situation, we suggest contacting your designated shipping company. If the package ends up getting returned back to us, we’ll contact you to either re-ship or process a refund.
