Worldwide Shipping

We ship our products worldwide primarily from Columbia, Missouri. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Under certain circumstances, orders may be shipped from our alternate shipping facilities.

Orders will ship the same day when ordered before 3PM EST under most circumstances. Order processing may take up to 1-2 business days. We’re unable to guarantee Saturday delivery, even with express shipping.

If we’re unable to process your order due to payment or address issues, your order processing will be delayed until the issue is resolved. We’ll contact you quickly if there is any payment or address issue.

Tracking Your Package

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number when your order status is updated to shipped.

International Taxes & Duties

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes, and other fees. These fees are not collected by CoMo Body Oils, and thus cannot be refunded.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly during checkout. Due to the fact that we work to process your order as quickly as possible, there is a very limited amount of time to make changes to your order.

If you want to change your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our very best to make the change, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to do so. If your change request is not processed, you can return your order after it is delivered.

Delivered But Not Delivered

In the event a customer’s tracking information says delivery was made, we don’t offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been received. In this situation, we suggest contacting your designated shipping company. If the package ends up getting returned back to us, we’ll contact you to either re-ship or process a refund.

Sales Tax

Please note that CoMo Body Oils charges sales tax on orders to Missouri, as mandated by the local state government.

Military Addresses

We ship to military addresses via USPS to a military base who is then responsible for delivering the package to your final destination. Please allow delivery time of 15-20 business days.

Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. Every order is specially prepared and goes through our custom manufacturing and inspection process.

Once your order is shipped, your order status will be updated to shipped and you will receive a tracking number.

Certain customer orders or items take 5-7 business days to process.
